This boutique-like property is on the quiet end of a bustling street. This makes it close enough to get into the Bangkok hustle and bustle while being quiet enough to get a decent rest. The buffet breakfast offered (we booked with it included) is excellent with the staff ensuring that there guests are well fed and happy.
This is only something to get used to when travelling with your partner is that there is only one room key. This key is also needed to activate the room’s power and air conditioning.

Breakfast was fine. It’s a decent hotel not far from the Nana BTS so pretty easy to get to and the Sulhimvit energy is there but the hotel is down a quiet street.
Well, you can’t rely on Google Maps unless you specify soi 8 in the address you give it. I did not and it led me a long strange route to a dead end. The hotel was close but inaccessible.

Location is convenient to Sukhumvit / Nana. Room is small and even 2 people can cramp it big time. Breakfast is average. Best part is the location and the property being quiet. One can walk from the busy areas of Sukhumvit and still relax.
I think the room is too small for the area and balcony is close to not usable (unless one is a smoker). I would rather prefer a little large room by compromising the balcony. The breakfast can certainly be improved for better.

soapy/weird smell in the bedroom and with the reputation that Bangkok has we constantly thought that the room required deep disinfectant cleaning

We were greeted by a lovely lady who checked us in in no time. The hotel is very good value and the breakfast was nice and fresh.

Been to this hotel quite a few times and know what to expect. Staff are great, room is adequate, location is brilliant and very safe.Breakfast is also great but i read that they are now going to charge for it in the next few months. Which is disappointing as this was a great selling point for me.
They put two single together to make a double, it does not leave a lot of room in an already smallish room.
